Eyes are one of our portals into the world. Same as our ears, mouth, nose, and skin. But what's up with eyes, anyway? We can look, see watch, observe. But what happens when we look into someone else's eyes? And why do people say that? Looking into someone's eyes? What does that mean? Don't we just look at their eyes? But if something that can see looks at something else that can see as well, what happens then? If you look at someones ears, mouth, nose, you can't hear, taste, or smell what they do. But if you look at their eyes, you can see what they are feeling. How does that work? You can't see what they are seeing, but their feelings show.
